Alma Corum

Alma Muriel Corum, 82, of Moulton passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020 at NHC. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM till 12:00 PM on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 12:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Jimmy Stewart and Bro. James Corum officiating. Burial will be in Smyrna Cemetery.

Alma loved her family and family gatherings and her friends at NHC. She retired from Lawrence Medical Center. Alma enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles. She was a member of Grace Chapel Church.

Survivors include her five sons; Gary Corum, Hillsboro, William Corum (Teresa) Landersville, Ronnie Corum,(Essie) Danville, Larry Corum (Angie) Moulton and Steve Corum, (LaWanda) Littleville and one daughter; Jeanette Ellis, (Audie) Town Creek, twelve Grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, one sister; Carolyn Cillie (Sam) South Carolina and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty one years; Rubin Corum, a son; Timmy Corum, a daughter; Tammy Corum, granddaughter; Amanda Corum, two daughter n laws; Beverly Corum and Sherry Corum, a sister; Mary Steeples and her parents; Daisy and Loss Haynes.

Pallbearers will be Shannon Alexander, Ethan Alexander, Robert Harris, Joey Corum, Marlon Corum and Donnie Wilson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Camden Whittle and Tim Corum.

The family extends special thanks to the staff of NHC and Dr. Rex Tuckier.
