She spent countless hours creating cards that she shared with our military personnel serving overseas as well as local neighbors. Known as the “Queen of Canning”, she never let any of Teddy’s vegetables go to waste and shared the fruits of her labors with anyone who needed them. Ann also loved spring flowers and spending time with her friends and family, especially her children and grandchildren. She never met a stranger, loved visiting with people and traveling.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Teddy White; daughter, Mindy White Conquest (Billy); son, Andy White (Lindsay); grandchildren, Silas, Will, Sipsey, and Cypress; nephew, Dr. Charles Coffey (Ibby); niece, Lynn Coffey; and cousins and extended family.

The family extends special thanks to her doctors and nurses at UAB, especially her nurses Kristen Herring and Breanna Nicholson.
