Beverly Mae Terry

Beverly Mae Terry, 74, of Courtland, Alabama passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at North Alabama Medical Center. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday, August 14, 2026, at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, August 14, 2026, at Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Marvin "Toad" Huckaba officiating. Burial will be at Old Liberty Cemetery.

Born on June 6, 1952, to Dee and Beulah Knight Terry. In Beverly's early years she enjoyed long-haul trips with her husband, Billy. She loved to read, cook for her family, and rocking her babies in her chair. She also loved to spend time outside in the yard swinging, or tending to her flowers. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Survivors include her spouse Billy of 54 years; children, Ginger Zamora and Billy D. Terry; grandchildren, Eloy (Katie) Adame, Mike (Lorena) Adame, Christian Zamora, Tina Terry, Megan Terry, and Keith Terry; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Dee and Beulah Terry; brother, Ulan Terry; grandson, Kevin Terry; and nephew, Phillip Terry.

Pallbearers will be Eloy Adame, Mike Adame, Shaun Richardson, Jimmy Johnson, Cory Martinez, and Trevor Dawson.

Honorary Pallbearers are Miguel Adame and Christian Zamora.

The family extends special thanks to Terrace Manor, and nurses Ebonie and Regina at North Alabama Medical Center and Doctor Morris. The family would also like to thank their friends and family for providing food and support.
