Bobby Smith

Bobby Keith Smith, 66, of Sheffield, passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at his home. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with Gary Parker officiating. Burial will be at Blackground Cemetery.

Bobby was born on May 18, 1959 in Tuscumbia to the late James "Bennie" and Christine Frost Smith.

Survivors include his sister, Sandra (Kenneth) Black; brother, LeRoy Smith; nieces, Angie Morrow, Andrea Black, Michelle Collier, and Kristin Blanton; nephews, Lee Smith, Jason Black, Justin Black, and Austin Black; and several great-nieces, great-nephews, and extended family.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Benjamin Smith, Jr.; sister, Diane Smith; nephews, Greg Smith, and Anthony Smith.

Pallbearers will be Ronnie Paul Waldrep, Tom Martin, Chase Smith, Lonnie Carr, Zach Blanton, and Joey Shipp.

The family extends special thanks to his friends, Joey, Gretta, and Tom for always checking on Bobby and helping to take care of him.
