Brenda Sue Holt

Brenda Sue Holt, 74, of Trinity, Alabama passed away Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Friday, March 27, 2026, at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, March 27, 2026, at Lawrence Funeral Home. Burial will be at Moulton Memory Gardens.

Born on October 20, 1951, to James and Catherine Wiley Hamilton. Brenda enjoyed spending time with her grandbabies and family. She was a loving wife, mother, and Nanny B and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Ray Holt; sons, Jimmy (Angie) Cooper, Michael (Angie) Cooper, and David Cooper; grandchildren, Jonathan (Samantha) Dutton, CJ Cooper, Jessica (Anthony) Lambert, Alex Cooper, Austin Cooper, Gracie Cooper, Laura Letson, and Jason Mann; great-grandchildren, Brayden Storey, Emma Storey, Jeremy Cooper, Aubryn Cooper, Aleeyah Cooper, Jase Lambert, Jhett Lambert, Addison Scott, John Louis Dutton, Tristan Mann, and Anilee Mann; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, James and Catherine Hamilton; great-grandchild, Maverick Louis Dutton; brothers, Bobby Hamilton, James Wiley Hamilton, and Johnny Hamilton; and sister, Betty Hamilton.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Dutton, CJ Cooper, Alex Cooper, Austin Cooper, Jimmy Hood, and Dubbie Morgan.

Honorary pallbearers are Brayden Storey, Anthony Lambert, and Turk Dotson.
