May 20, 1924 — July 23, 2017
Dorothy Jean Surles, 93, of Moulton passed away Sunday, July 23, 2017 at the River City Center in Decatur. A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Moulton Memory Gardens.
A member of Moulton United Methodist Church, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert E. Myers and Roderick Clifford Surles; her parents, Earl and Esther Stiles; a brother, Keith Stiles; a sister, Betty Norris a son-in-law, Bill Holloway; and a grandson, Steven Hutto.
Survivors include her son, Jack Myers (Mary Ann) of Hillsboro; daughters, Linda Holloway and Sheila Franklin (Duff) of Ohio; brother-in-law, Willard Norris of Ohio; four grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
