Emerson Isaiah Proctor, of Moulton passed away Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at Decatur Morgan Parkway Campus. Visitation will be from 12 till 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at The Summit Church, Trinity. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Jones Chapel Cemetery. He was the infant son of Luke and Faith Proctor and the brother of Raylie Pierce.
