Gemma Gillespie
December 4, 1939 — April 20, 2017
Gemma Miller Gillespie, 77, of Moulton passed away Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Huntsville Hospital. Visitation will be from to 2 till 4 p.m. on Monday, April 24, 2017 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. with Bro. Jesse Reeder officiating. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens.
A member of Moulton Baptist Church for 50 years, Gemma retired from the Alabama Farmers’ Cooperative as Office Manager with approximately 40 years of service.
Survivors include her husband, Timothy Gillespie; son, Wayne Gillespie; daughter, Beth Gillespie Holmes (Forrest); brother, Harold Miller; sister, Ann Nelson; grandson, Tanner Gillespie; and granddaughter, Langlee Holmes.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Glasco and Ada Bowen Miller; and sister, Carolyn Stephens.
Pallbearers will be Greg Stephens, Todd Stephens, Keith Roberts, Butch Byers, Forrest Holmes, and Joey Weatherwax.
