Hope Owens

Hope Renee Owens, 43, of Moulton, Alabama passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at Decatur Morgan, Parkway Campus Decatur, AL. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Pace and Jonas Hobbs officiating. Burial will be at Midway Memorial Gardens with Bro. Travis Allred holding the committal service.

Born on April 27, 1982 to William and Sherry Parker Hobbs. Survivors include her husband Wendell; children, Allie (Christopher) Corum, Jacob (Lillian) Owens; grandchildren, Adalyn Corum, Christopher Corum, Pasleigh Corum, Dalton Corum; brothers, Jonas (April) Hobbs, Michael Hobbs; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family. Hope was preceded in death by her father, William Hobbs; mother, Sherry Hobbs.

Hope was a 2001 graduate of East Lawrence High School and a member of Highway 36 Holy Church of Christ. She enjoyed traveling to the Smokey Mountains, gospel singings, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
