"Foots" Jimmy Adams

November 24, 1956 — June 27, 2025

"Foots" Adams, also known as Jimmy Doyle to some, of Moulton, passed away Friday, June 27, 2025 at his home at the age of 68. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 01, 2025 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The celebration of life service will follow at 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Enon Cemetery.

Born on November 24, 1956 to the late Fred and Neil Peace Adams, Foots was an avid game chicken enthusiast and pool player. He worked as a brick mason for many years helping to build many of the houses in Morgan, Lawrence and surrounding counties.

Survivors include his children, Nicholas Myers, Justin (Pete) Stotts, Jeremy Myers, and Gina Stotts; 13 grandchildren; brothers, Jerry Adams, and Kenneth (Brenda) Adams; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents; life partner, Jenny Stotts; sons, Christopher Myers and Ashley Adams; and brothers, Frankie Adams, and Jeff Adams.

Pallbearers will be his children.

The family extends special thanks to Sherry Melson, Howard Kelley, and Toby Tobias.
