Linda Terry

Linda Stewart Horton Terry, 56, of Courtland passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at her home. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at Lawrence Funeral Home with Tom Fowler officiating. Burial will be in Courtland Memorial Gardens.

Born on May 15, 1964 to the late Stewart and Marie Johnson Horton, Linda enjoyed fishing, cooking and working in her yard. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother and sister.

Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Kenny Terry; daughter, Brianna M’Lynn Terry; “adopted son”, Chris Eskridge; sisters, Mary Ann Horton and Sabrina Horton; brother, Michael Horton; nine godchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents; six uncles; and one aunt.

The family extends special thanks to the nurses and staff of Southern Patient Care, Dr. Faye Wilson and Dr. Kirk Jackson; and all the responding EMT’s, Paramedics and Firemen.
