Lorene Harris McCaghren, 90 years old of Decatur, passed from this life Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at River City Center in Decatur.
Visitation will be Monday, September 18, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Lawrence Funeral Home and the funeral will follow at 11:00 AM in Lawrence Funeral Home Chapel with John Tucker officiating. Burial will be in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. McCaghren was preceded in death by her parents: Thomas L. Harris and Nettie Lucy Hood Harris, two sons: Billy McCaghren and Ronnie McCaghren, 5 brothers and 5 sisters.
She is survived by a son: Johnny McCaghren (Patrica) of Moulton, two brothers: Thomas Harris and William Buster Harris (Lavern) both of Decatur, a grandson: Matthew McCaghren (Desirae) and great granddaughters: Freya McCaghren and Marlee Borden.
