Priscilla Moats

Priscilla Joyce Moats, 85 years old, of Decatur passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at Decatur Health and Rehab. There will be a Memorial Service announced at a later date. Lawrence Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Priscilla did beautiful crocheting and always had magnificent gardens.

She was preceded by her husband, JP Moats and her son, David Moats.

Survivors include her children: Pamela Moats, Doris McCorstin, Theresa Phillips, Kevin Moats and Chrissy Amsbaugh, Six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two sisters, Geraldine Smith and Linnea “Toots” Robbins, one brother, Don Oman and several nieces and nephews.
