Tony Woodruff

Tony Ray Woodruff, 83, of Moulton, Alabama passed away Monday, May 19, 2025, at Huntsville Hospital. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at Corinth Missionary Baptist Church. The funeral service will be at 3:00 PM on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at Corinth Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Larry Dyar, Bro. Dennis Steward, Bro. Hollis Retherford, and Bro. Greg Blanton officiating and Lawrence Funeral Home directing. Burial will be at Corinth Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

Born on December 26, 1941, to John and Katherine Crow Woodruff. Tony operated the Langtown Skating rink. He was a member of Corinth Missionary Baptist Church. Tony enjoyed gardening, and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Linda Woodruff; daughter, Pam (Bobby) Petruna; five grandchildren, Kody (Candace) Petruna, Sasha (Shane) Rogers, Haley (Leon) Starr, Lindsay (Braedon) Weaver, and Noah (Kerri) Woodruff; eleven great-grandchildren, Marshall Rogers, Conner Rogers, Annie Rogers, Ellie Rogers, Aaden Petruna, Gracie Petruna, Zoe Starr, Jentzen Starr, Kayson Terry, Bryson Terry, and Rachel Weaver; two sisters, Nancy (The Late Roger) Corum and Martha (Bobby) Mullins; two brothers, Marvin (Betty) Woodruff and Joe (Robin) Woodruff; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Tony was preceded in death by his son, Mark Woodruff; parents, John and Katherine Woodruff; and one brother, Jerry Woodruff.

Pallbearers will be Marvin Woodruff, Joe Woodruff, Jonathan Corum, Greg Woodruff, Tommy Dotson, Brad Dotson, Austin Richardson, and Dusty Richardson.

Honorary Pallbearers are grandsons, great-grandsons, and one nephew.

The family extends special thanks to the nurses and staff at Huntsville Hospital and Greg's Ambulance Service.
