Tracy Spencer Smith

Tracy Spencer Smith, 64, of Danville, passed away Monday, March 2, 2026 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. Visitation will be from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM on Friday, March 06, 2026 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with Bro. Charles Williams officiating. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery.

Born on May 3, 1961 to the late Willard and Charlene Strickland Smith, Tracy enjoyed playing the guitar.

Survivors include his children, Matthew Smith, Alicia Smith; sister, Kathy Riddle; brothers, Edmon Smith, Travis Smith, and Nick Smith; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Tracy was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Helen Scofield; and brothers, Kenneth Smith, Ted Wayne Smith, Dewayne Smith, Arlton Smith,and Keith Smith.

Pallbearers will be Bailey Smith, Scottie Smith, David Smith, Flynn Owens, Russell Dunkin, and Jesse Smith.

The family extends special thanks to all of Tracy's nurses at Decatur Morgan ICU, especially Cindy.
