Willis Garrett
February 21, 1931 — September 28, 2017
Willis Hoyte Garrett, 86, of Town Creek passed away Thursday, September 28, 2017 at ECM Hospital. Visitation will be from 1 till 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Ron Edgil officiating. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens.
Mr. Garrett was retired from Hurst and Woods Plumbing where he worked as a back hoe operator.
Survivors include his daughter, Angie Garrett of Moulton; two grandsons, Craig Warren (Michelle) of Moulton and Hunter Rutherford of Moulton; one granddaughter, Brookelyne Garrie (Lance) of Moulton; and one great granddaughter, Sadie Warren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Garrett; one son, Wesley Garrett; and parents, J.W. and Luvenia Fortner Garrett.
Pallbearers will be Craig Warren, Hunter Rutherford, Lance Garrie, Randy Rutherford, Dylan Tucker and Larry Hurst.
