Willodean "Dean" Kelsoe, 94, of Moulton, Alabama passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at Home in Moulton, AL. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 30, 2025 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 30, 2025 at Lawrence Funeral Home with Pastor Shane Britt officiating. Burial will be at Midway Memorial Gardens.
Dean was an avid gardener and loved to cook for everyone, no one would leave her house hungry! She loved spending her time listening to Christian music, listening to Jimmy Swaggart, and when her eyes would allow her she loved a good puzzle. In her spare time you could find her out browsing antique stores for her never ending collection. Over all she loved her family and spending time with them, especially the younger ones in her life. Her loving and caring spirit was a constant presence in her family's life and she will be deeply missed.
Born on March 12, 1931 to Robert "Homer" and Lillie Mae Mayfield Vinson, survivors include her children, Eddie Kelsoe, of Moulton, Roy (Jeanette) Kelsoe; grandchildren, Brian Kelsoe, Latasha Davis, Eric Kelsoe; 3 great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Dean was preceded in death by her father, Robert "Homer" Vinson; mother, Lillie Mae Vinson; Husband; Houston Kelsoe; brother, William "Bob" Vinson; brother, James "Hodgie" Vinson; brother, Mitford "Mit" Vinson; brother, Frank "Garland" Vinson; brother, Roy "Howard" Vinson; brother, Herbert Vinson; sister, Infant Vinson; sister, Bernice "Marie" Vinson; brother, Jack Vinson; brother, Clarence "Hershel" Vinson; brother, Billy Vinson.
