Houston Kelsoe

Houston Kelsoe, 90, of Moulton passed away Sunday, July 11, 2021 at his residence. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at Lawrence Funeral Home with Carl Sanford and Shane Britt officiating. Burial will be in Midway Cemetery.

Mr. Kelsoe loved going to church at The United Pentecostal Church. He and Dean loved to travel, ride around the mountains and see all the changes and eat at Milo’s. When Eddie was growing up, he and Houston loved to fish and hunt. He loved to go see Eddie and go to the beach whenever he could.

Survivors include his wife of seventy one years; Dean Vinson Kelsoe, two sons; Roy Houston Kelsoe (Jeanette) and Eddie Kelsoe, three grandchildren; three great grandchildren, and three nieces; Janice, Faye and Joyce.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Jessie and Trudie Kelsoe, one sister; Margaret Richards and one brother; Lyle Olen Kelsoe.

Pallbearers will be Warren Ray Kelsoe, Todd Kelsoe, Greg Kelsoe, Eric Kelsoe, Colter Moore and Andy Weems. Honorary Pallbearer will be Rickey Weaver.
